Our 5-week online comedy course is the perfect introduction into the world of comedy. Not only does it build confidence and performance skills, but it gives you the inside information on how to get those all important laughs.

I’m honoured to say that the course with Angie was the best thing that I’ve ever done, she gave us all the tools, encouraging advice, and confidence to do something that was, for me a lifelong goal and she helped us achieve something that I don’t think we knew we had in us. You can go to the gym and train but if you don’t have the right guidance you’ll hurt and embarrass yourself. I did a 6 week course with Angie which ended in a 5-minute showcase performance that I never thought I would achieve. In short, Angie is a blaaaaady legend! I can’t thank her enough for creating such a supportive and empowering space to start out in the comedic world. Not only is she hilarious herself, but her teaching style, devices, and feedback were always so thought-provoking and encouraging. She believed in me at times when I didn’t believe I could do it, but I’ve now achieved a long-lived dream of mine. I’ll be forever grateful for that and will feel forever privileged to have learnt from Angie! If you’re ummin’ and arrin’ over attempting stand-up, but want some support, Angie is abso-bloody-lutely the guide you need to get you there!
Angie stripped back my arrogance in a very kind and friendly way and helped me find a comedy style I was really comfortable with. She introduced me to comic devices in away I found really easy to access. Such a fabulous, genuine person.

Angie created such an indepth experience that took us right into the heart of StandUp while also exploring and stretching who we are in the world. Angie was fun, safe, reassuring, super informed and I left wanting more !
Did a 10 week comedy course with Angie which culminated in a showcase where I performed a 5-minute stand-up set at the Comedy store! Angie was very supportive throughout the course and attentive to each attendee - she taught us about different comedic devices and how we could implement these in our own routines, using our own material. We were also given guidance on how we could improve our material! Absolute blessing to have Angie teaching me, esp. with her experience and insights to the comedy - would love to work with her again!
I awarded Angie 5 out of 5 for her comedy course. She told me she would give me a big hug if I said that. LOL, actually, that was a joke. I have become a serial joker since I enrolled on this course and more confident to take risks even if I sometimes fail. I must also recommend Angie's hugs. She is lush and a great teacher.
In a nutshell “Transformative”. I joined this course to explore and heal from past and current trauma. Consequently, I have acquired new techniques and coping skills to deal with stressors in my life. One of my objectives was to be able to release natural serotonin, dopamine and melatonin and to simply feel happy again. I feel Angie’s stand-up comedy course has exceeded my objectives. In addition, the course has improved my overall well-being and resilience in my life. Angie and her team provide a supportive, collaborative and cohesive learning environment. I am truly grateful to be acquainted with Angie. Lastly I feel sorry for all the pharmacies across the country as they would be out of business if the NHS were to prescribe Angie’s stand-up comedy course including the Prime Minister Rishi Sunak 😂

I sometimes give some free coaching to former students, and Steve had a big talk coming up at a mental health conference, so I gave him a bit of help, and he gave me this review this week. Sniff....
"Angie is one superb stand up comedy teacher/coach and a really lovely person to boot. Always supportive - friendly - caring and gets the best out of everyone. Worthy of every one of those 5 stars - er. That’s it. Er that’s not quite it. 18 months and a ministroke on I got on stage again and did my second ever gig with some one to one coaching from Angie. She gave my act a new direction and refreshed it - it went over well with the audience and now I’m looking forward (health allowing) to doing many more. Angie - you are THE kindest genius of comedy"
